Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms govern the use of beautix.ge and orders for professional manicure products, gels, tools and related goods offered by Beautix Georgia. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Products and information

We aim to display product descriptions, colours, availability and prices accurately. Screen settings and production batches may cause minor visual differences. Product information on the website does not replace the manufacturer’s instructions, safety warnings or professional advice.

3. Orders and contract

An order is a request to purchase. A contract is formed after Beautix Georgia confirms the order and availability by email, phone or another agreed channel. We may contact the customer to clarify details or reject an order where a product is unavailable, information is incomplete, or there is a clear pricing or technical error.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Georgian Lari (GEL), unless stated otherwise. Online payment is not currently available on the website. Available payment methods and any related conditions will be shown during checkout after payment acceptance is activated. No amount is charged merely by submitting an order request.

5. Delivery

• Tbilisi courier delivery: normally 1–2 business days.
• Free Tbilisi delivery for orders of 300 GEL or more; orders below this amount may have an additional delivery fee shown or agreed before confirmation.
• Self-pickup: 24g Alexander Kazbegi Ave, Tbilisi, by prior arrangement.
• Delivery to Georgian regions by Georgian Post: normally 3–5 business days; shipping is paid by the customer.
• Same-day Yandex/Bolt delivery may be arranged individually and is paid by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, force majeure, holidays or an incorrect address.

6. Withdrawal and returns

For distance purchases, a consumer may notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason within 14 calendar days, subject to applicable Georgian law. After notice, the goods must be sent back within 7 calendar days. The customer bears the direct return cost for conforming goods.

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetics, manicure products or similar goods may not be returnable after opening where the product is no longer suitable for resale. Goods must be unused, complete and returned with their original packaging and proof of purchase where applicable.

7. Defective, damaged or incorrect goods

Please inspect the order on receipt. If goods are defective, damaged in delivery or do not match the order, contact us with the order details and photographs. Beautix Georgia will arrange replacement or refund and bear the agreed return cost.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are made within 14 calendar days after notice, although we may wait until the goods or proof of dispatch are received. For confirmed defective or incorrect goods, the agreed refund is processed within 3 business days. The time for funds to appear may depend on the payment provider after online payments are activated.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Georgian consumer law. Beautix Georgia is not liable for improper use, failure to follow instructions, normal wear, or delays outside its reasonable control.

10. Intellectual property

Website text, graphics, photographs, logos and other materials belong to Beautix Georgia or their respective rights holders and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

12. Governing law and updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. We may update them when business processes or legal requirements change. The version displayed on this page applies from its stated update date.
